England's national beach teams (Senior and Junior) is lead by a Beach Performance director with assistance from the Beach Performance Coach and a team of dedicated volunteers.

Kirk works to shape and implement a high-performance beach volleyball programme within England at junior and senior level, ultimately working towards achieving even greater success on the world stage.

Luis delivers technical expertise to beach volleyball athletes at the top end of the performance programme, prioritising support for national team athletes.

Age Group Coaches

Below the Senior Head coaches, who also have responsibility for any U22 sides fielded, there are also coaches who lead England into action in NEVZA and CEV competitions, as well as on training camps at home and abroad.

The age categories are divided into U19/20 and U17/18, with eachhaving a Head Coach, Team Manager and Assistant Coaches.
