Clubs invited to attend march workshop on Club Culture and Values

The session will last from 6.30pm to 8pm, with a maximum of 20 spots available. 

The workshop will look at how you can cultivate a postiive culture at your club to the benefit of your activities, participants and volunteers, helping to create and sustain a thriving, inclusive environment. 

It will also consider how to get more people more involved in the club, thus improve player recruitment and retention of members, and give the opportunity to reflect on relationships between your club members and any stakeholders you may have. 

The session is run in conjunction with Buddle (formerly Club Matters), specifically for Volleyball England-affiliated clubs. 

By the end of this online workshop, delegates will be able to: 

• identify good values and culture in your community 
• recognise how your culture can help sustain your organisation 

Delegates must be: 

• a minimum of least 16 years of age 
• able to communicate effectively in English 
• representing an affiliated English club or organisation.
