Futures Evolution camp dates set for February

The camp supports the development of players born in 2009 and 2010 who aspire to play for England. 

Please note all players must have a British passport or England as their Federation of Origin to register and attend.  

Futures Evolution gives young players the chance to experience an England National Team camp environment and find out what it is like to train like an England athlete. 

 

 

They will have the opportunity to work with England coaches and find out what is expected of an England athlete, as well as learn about volleyball fundamentals how to practice them and why they are so important to get right to be a top player.  

 

About the day 

There will be three training sessions for each player throughout the day covering general skills, tactical and game play.  

There will also be education and information provided to the athletes during breaks (including video analysis of international junior games).  

The athletes will be split into two categories, which will be decided and announced 10 days prior to the camp.

Booking is now open for boys and girls born in years 2009 and 2010.

Cost and closing date 

The cost is £50 which includes coaching, court hire, a Volleyball Futures Evolution T- Shirt and lunch.   

The closing date for booking is Sunday 15th December, but as the camps as popular, please book early to avoid disappointment. 

 

Times and dates 

The camp will take place at the National Volleyball Centre, Kettering (NN15 6PB) from 9am to 5pm for the girls and from 10.30am until 6.30pm for the boys. 

• Girls - Saturday 15th February 2024 – Registration at 9am 
• Boys - Sunday 16th February 2024 – Registration at 10.30am
